Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Jakarta Indonesia.
As a Finance Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our organization providing strategic financial guidance and ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives
- Manage the preparation of financial statements reports and forecasts
- Oversee budgeting processes and provide variance analysis
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financiais systems
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws
- Manage relationships with external auditors banks and financial institutions
- Identify and mitigate financial risks to the organization
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; professional certification (e.g. CPA CFA) preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance or accounting with a proven track record in financial management
- Must be bi-lingual in English and Indonesian Language
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis budgeting and forecasting
- Advanced knowledge of financial software (e.g. SAP Oracle Financials) and Excel
- Solid understanding of risk management principles and practices
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws
- Familiarity with international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
