The role
As a Breakfast Supervisor you will be working with the team to deliver a professional and thoughtful experience having an in-depth understanding of the menu ability to share our story and ensuring attention to detail at each guest interaction. Responsibilities
- A champion in demonstrating and encouraging our warm welcome and thoughtful farewell.
- Serve breakfast to guests in a timely and friendly manner.
- Ensure food safety standards are met during food preparation and when serving.
- Utilize hospitality skills to provide exceptional guest services.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience.
- Ensuring the setting of the restaurant is correct and to our standard.
- Assist with basic kitchen tasks such as food preparation and cooking.
- Reporting and actioning guest feedback within the designated time allocation.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
- Demonstrate excellent time management to ensure smooth breakfast service.
- Assist with the onboarding of new starters.
- Thoughtful and clear leaderships skills.
