Care Supervisor - 13.60 per hour weekdays 15.60 weekends
20-hour fixed Contract with the potential to work more if desired
Your Role as a Care Supervisor for Windrush Care
The position will see the successful applicant join our existing care supervisory team who together jointly cover the provision of care throughout the Cheltenham and North Cotswolds areas as well as providing weekend on-call duties as well as supporting the office team in a variety of duties.
Candidates with previous domiciliary care experience are preferred. Candidates must have a full UK driving licence and be locally based or live within a reasonable commuting distance.
Our Care Supervisors provide support to our care staff ensure new starters are supported on shadow shifts spot checks write and reviewing care plans liaise with the families of clients participate with the on-call - one in four weekends and support the office team in any duties required as well as cover care calls as part of your rota or when sickness and holiday cover is required.
This role will involve using IT systems (for which full training will be provided). Organisational skills and naturally outgoing are highly desired.
The successful Care Field Supervisor will be someone who can act as a good role model for carers providing motivation whilst also overseeing the quality of care provided.

Candidate profile:
Fluent English (both written and spoken)
Intermediate level or above Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good team player
Excellent telephone manner
Good attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to multi-task
Good organisational skills
Flexible on hours required to work
Ability to work to deadlines and take direction
Ability to prioritise workload effectively
