We are looking for a Principal Global Executive Compensation to join the Total Rewards team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
You will play a pivotal role in designing implementing and managing executive compensation programs (VP and above) within Delivery Heros Berlin HQ and 9 major Brands (efood Foodora/Yemek Foodpanda Glovo Hungerstation Peya Talabat Woowa).

- Program Design: Design executive compensation programs including base salary bonuses equity awards and other benefits ensuring they attract and retain top talent while incentivizing performance and aligning with shareholder interests.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis and benchmarking studies to ensure the competitiveness and fairness of executive compensation packages.
- RemCo & Policy Development: Develop and maintain executive compensation RemCo policies and guidelines that promote transparency equity and governance best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership board of directors compensation committees and external consultants to communicate and gain alignment on executive compensation strategies and decisions.
- Executive Communication: Communicate compensation-related information to executives providing clarity on compensation structures performance expectations and opportunities for growth and development.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and financial modeling techniques to analyze compensation trends forecast future costs and optimize executive pay practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Finance or a related field. Masters degree or relevant certification (e.g. Certified Compensation Professional) would be a plus.
- Experience in executive compensation (including program design implementation and administration) within a fast paced scale up environment would be preferred.
- Knowledge of executive compensation principles practices and trends as well as familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data conduct market analysis and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives board members and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to align compensation programs with organizational objectives and shareholder interests.
