Job Description
- Planning and organising consumer tests
- Conducting and monitoring/ supervising consumer tests
- Preparing products in accordance with standardized specifications and guidelines
- Planning the deployment of external assistants for test implementation
- Recruiting and training new assistants
- Checking the hygiene status of the premises
- Maintaining office equipment and test premises
- Procuring materials product purchase and reception
- Data entry and data verification
- Various administrative tasks e.g. regularly checking material stocks maintaining inventory lists booking travel
- Preparing internal meetings and customer visits
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English language
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changes in real-time and meet timelines
- Agile mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Confident handling of MS Office in particular PowerPoint and Excel.
- Committed team-orientated and resilient
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
