Social Media Video Editor
Location: Remote (LATAM preferred)
Compensation: USD $1300 $1500/month

Schedule: Full-Time 35 40 hours per week (Preference for EST alignment)
About the Role
We re seeking a talented and innovative Video Editor to join a fast-growing creative media team. This role is critical in producing engaging short-form content for TikTok Instagram Reels and affiliate shop platforms. You ll be working closely with a Creative Director and content team to turn raw ideas and user-generated content into polished high-performing videos that drive audience engagement and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit TikTok shop user-generated content (UGC) and marketing videos at scale (60 100 short videos daily).
- Create high-quality short-form content tailored for TikTok Instagram Reels and similar platforms.
- Leverage AI video editing tools to streamline production and enhance creativity.
- Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with creators and the internal team on creative direction feedback and iteration.
- Stay up to date with emerging social media trends and apply best practices in video storytelling.
- Track performance metrics and refine editing strategies based on audience engagement.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proficiency with professional video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro CapCut or equivalent).
- Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools.
- Proven experience creating engaging short-form content for TikTok Instagram Reels or similar platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail organizational skills and ability to hit tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
