The SiGMA Squad now comprises of 200 talented people across 6 offices in Malta Cyprus Brazil India the Philippines and in Serbia.


Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Optimization:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness engagement and growth across all platforms (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok X Telegram YouTube etc.).
  • Continuously analyze and optimize social media campaigns to ensure maximum reach and impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends best practices and emerging social media platforms to keep the brand to our standards

Content Planning & Publication:

  • Create and manage a content calendar ensuring timely and relevant posts across all platforms.
  • Plan create and curate high-quality content (images videos/reels graphics copy) that aligns with the brands voice and marketing objectives.
  • Oversee daily social media publications including posts stories and cross-platform sharing engagements.

Stories & Engagement:

  • Develop creative Social-Media Stories that engage and captivate the audience.
  • Grow engagement by responding to comments messages and mentions in a timely and personable manner.

Campaign Coordination:

  • Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design and implement campaigns that drive traffic leads and sales.
  • Track and report on campaign performance adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs.

Influencer Partnerships:

  • Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage influencer campaigns ensuring seamless collaboration and maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze influencer performance to ensure campaigns meet agreed objectives.

Community Management:

  • Build and nurture an engaged community by gaining authentic connections with followers and clients/partners.
  • Moderate conversations facilitate discussions and proactively engage with the audience across social platforms.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and address any concerns or feedback in a timely professional manner.

Content Editing & Visual Creation:

  • Edit social media visuals videos/reels and graphics using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Canva or similar.
  • Ensure content is polished on-brand and aligns with the platforms best practices.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Regularly track analyze and report on social media metrics (reach engagement growth etc.) to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Use data to optimize content strategies and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Collaboration & Trendspotting:

  • Work closely with the marketing team in
    the HQ to align social media campaigns with overall brand goals and initiatives.
  • Spot emerging trends new tools and changes to algorithms to ensure the brand remains ahead of the curve.





Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in social media management content creation community engagement and influencer marketing.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok X Telegram etc.) and tools (e.g. Hootsuite HubSpot ChatGPT Canva CapCut and more).
  • Strong content creation and editing skills (video photography graphic design copywriting).
  • Experience with influencer marketing and building partnerships.
  • Excellent community management and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze social media performance and adjust strategies based on data.
  • Language: Native in Portuguese Proficiency in English (C1 or higher) both written and spoken.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field (preferred).
