David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Portuguese speaking Country Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement a market-specific business strategy aligned with broader regional objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and tailor the companys value proposition to attract and retain strategic partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product Compliance Marketing) to launch localized campaigns and promotions.
- Recruit train and lead a business development team with clearly defined goals and continuous performance tracking.
- Monitor team performance using tools such as CRM systems dashboards and coaching sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the local market.
- Develop and execute partner-focused strategies for acquisition onboarding activation and retention including referral and training programs.
- Own key performance indicators related to market performance including revenue partner activation client acquisition and retention metrics.
- Ensure accurate and efficient use of CRM systems and deliver regular performance reports.
- Report business performance risks and projections to regional leadership.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as proficiency in English (B2).
- 610 years of experience in business development partnerships or sales within high-growth or technology-driven sectors.
- Proven experience working with commercial partners affiliates or B2B networks in local or regional markets.
- Strong leadership capabilities in managing small to mid-sized sales or business development teams.
- Analytical mindset results-oriented and experienced in managing performance through metrics and data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
