This role will particularly suit someone with strong skills in program management analytics queries communication both written and verbal relationship building and Customer Obsession.
Key job responsibilities
-Developing implementing and managing KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs providing visibility of milestones and performance across all programs and using this data to drive/influence business decisions.
-Securing resources scope efforts set priorities and milestones and drive delivery of main projects
-Influencing processes design and development
-Benchmarking globally to share best practices and improve outcomes for Amazon customers
- Bachelors degree
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- 5 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- Excel at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience in complex problem solving and working in a tight schedule environment
