Requires four years of experience in preparing and delivering online live blended and/or hybrid instructional programs for adults using adult learning theories and instructional design methods.
Experience in a legal environment preferred.
Demonstrated leadership experience preferred.
Requires demonstrated skills and experience with design to delivery including needs assessments ability to write learning objectives assist faculty with building out content and selecting teaching methods to delivery and evaluation.

The Supreme Court of Ohio is seeking to fill the position of Senior Education Program Manager in the Judicial College. The Senior Education Program will develop implement and administer Judicial College curricula for judges magistrates and/or court personnel and/or other audiences as assigned.

What Youll Do:
Course Development: Plans develops and evaluates live/online courses with planning committees; Conducts needs assessments selects faculty prepares materials and manages registration.
E-learning: Writes scripts designs visuals creates interactivity and edits audio/video content.
Process Improvement: Recommends improvements to enhance efficiency and collaborates on strategy and resource planning.
Financial Oversight:Estimates costs monitors expenses manages resources and forecasts financial needs; Negotiates faculty fees and assists with contracts.
Curriculum and Faculty Development: Applies adult education theory to course development planning and faculty training.
Association Participation: Engages in regional and national associations serves on committees and liaises with external agencies.
Record Keeping: Prepares and maintains correspondence records reports and files.

Staff Supervision: This position directly supervises Education Program Managers and an LMS Administrator. As a supervisor this position is responsible for overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes providing coaching and feedback to team members managing performance issues conducting performance evaluations and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment to ensure team success.
