Job Summary
As Head Concierge youll be the welcoming face of Sofitel setting the tone from the moment the guests arrive. Lead a high-energy team curate unforgettable local experiences and deliver five-star moments with effortless flair.
Guest Experience & VIP Service
- Be the go-to contact for VIPs long-term residents and high-profile guests.
- Coordinate amenities transport and special requests with warmth and precision.
- Curate bespoke Noosa experiences through strong vendor relationships and local expertise.
Team Leadership & Culture
- Lead train and mentor the concierge team to deliver seamless discreet service.
- Manage rosters performance and team development while fostering a culture of excellence.
- Drive upselling and guest engagement through proactive service and promotional initiatives.
Operations & Administration
- Oversee reporting budgeting and cost control to meet financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with WHS safety and service protocols across all touchpoints.
Qualifications :
What you bring
- Proven leadership in luxury hotel Concierge or Front Office role.
- Impeccable grooming guest service standards and local area knowledge.
- Proficient in OPERA PMS and Microsoft Office
- Full Australian working rights (PR or Citizen)
- Holds a valid Drivers License RSA and current First Aid/CPR certification.
- Physically capable of manual handling (up to 23kg) and standing for extended periods.
- Flexible availability across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
- Les Clefs dOr membership (or actively pursuing) Hospitality of tourism qualification (preferred)
- Second language skills (preferred)
