Position Description:PD Process Improvement

At Bendigo were transforming the way we work and were looking for a Process Improvement Lead who can turn strategy into measurable impact.

Youll play a pivotal role in driving large-scale transformation programs and end-to-end value chain redesign across our customer divisions.

As both a hands-on Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and an inspiring leader youll guide a team of Black Belt practitioners to uncover opportunities remove friction and deliver meaningful change.

Youll work closely with senior leaders to align improvement initiatives to strategic goals and embed data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of complex enterprise-wide process improvement and transformation programs.
  • Directly manage and develop a team of Black Belts embedding best-practice Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Partner with executives and stakeholders to drive customer-centred process design aligning transformation to group strategy.

To succeed in this role wed love you to have:

  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (essential) with proven success leading large-scale process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong capability in end-to-end value chain design optimisation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with the ability to partner at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams particularly other Black Belts within a continuous improvement or transformation environment.
  • Commercial acumen and a passion for simplifying complexity and improving customer experiences.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled process analytics and/or Human-Centred Design (highly regarded).

This role is a Full-time role on a 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract based at any of our head office locations (see locations here)
