Were seeking a Product Manager Lounges Experience to design develop and lead the strategy and roadmap for the lounges experience product portfolio ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer this role youll analyse market trends identify new opportunities and align initiatives with both commercial priorities and customer needs. Youll play a key role in shaping the future of the lounges experience by driving innovation strategic alignment and customer-focused enhancements.
As Product Manager youll oversee critical commercial components including budget management resource allocation and the negotiation and performance of strategic supplier contracts. Leveraging customer insights and human-centred design youll lead initiatives that elevate the customer proposition and improve satisfaction. Partnering with senior leaders across the Qantas Group youll provide strategic advice and recommendations on product strategy service delivery revenue growth and commercial decision-makingensuring the portfolio continues to deliver sustainable value.
Youll have
- 510 years relevant experience in product management supplier/partner management or commercial management with deep expertise in the airline industry.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Commerce Marketing or a related field.
- Proven product management capability including strategic thinking customer-centric design insights and research prioritisation and problem-solving.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L management forecasting driver model management and supplier/partner negotiations.
- Skilled in operational management with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver strategic outcomes within a complex airline environment.
- Proficient in frameworks and methodologies including Agile Human Centred Design Jobs to be Done and Business Model Canvas.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to manage projects stakeholders and competing priorities effectively.
- Highly analytical detail-oriented and commercially focused with a track record of delivering measurable business results.
