Were seeking a Product Manager Lounges Experience to design develop and lead the strategy and roadmap for the lounges experience product portfolio ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer this role youll analyse market trends identify new opportunities and align initiatives with both commercial priorities and customer needs. Youll play a key role in shaping the future of the lounges experience by driving innovation strategic alignment and customer-focused enhancements.
As Product Manager youll oversee critical commercial components including budget management resource allocation and the negotiation and performance of strategic supplier contracts. Leveraging customer insights and human-centred design youll lead initiatives that elevate the customer proposition and improve satisfaction. Partnering with senior leaders across the Qantas Group youll provide strategic advice and recommendations on product strategy service delivery revenue growth and commercial decision-makingensuring the portfolio continues to deliver sustainable value.
