Job Description
Were looking for a Senior Strategic Product Consultant Public Sector to support the specialization of our Project Execution product lines for Public Sector this role you will leverage your consultative mindset expertise in public sector design and construction management and in-depth knowledge of Procores software platforms to help clients adopt best practices optimize system efficiency and achieve their goals.
As a Senior Strategic Product Consultant Public Sector youll partner with Professional Services Delivery Project Managers and Customer Success Engineers offering strategic guidance and technical expertise on cloud-based software and the Procore platform. Your work will empower public sector clients to modernize processes streamline operations and fully leverage the power of Procores solutions.
This position reports to the Manager Strategic Product Consultants. While this is a remote position we require candidates to be based in a Pacific Standard Time (PST) or Mountain Standard Time (MST) zone. Were looking for candidates to join our team immediately!
What youll do:
Partner with Professional Services Delivery Project Managers to develop and align client organizational processes with Procores standard operating procedures through tailored training and consultations.
Conduct virtual consultations trainings and in-person sessions to educate clients on Procore tools and best practices
Leverage knowledge of business operations real estate development as well as the construction industry to improve client organizational processes in Procore and across the clients entire organization
Provide the highest level of service and education to Procores clients through clear and effective communication
Foster a positive team culture by onboarding training and mentoring team members
Collaborate with all levels of the Procore organization to develop best practices and drive Procores evolution as a market leader
Develop a mastery of Procores product offerings business model services emerging technologies and Customer Success best practices
Up to 50% travel to client sites industry events and other Procore offices
What were looking for:
5 years of relevant project management experience within the real estate development and construction industry
Previous experience with Public Sector software implementations preferred
Prior experience in management operations advisory or product consulting will be considered with appropriate experience.
Demonstrated experience as a Consultant Project Director Project Manager or Operations Manager.
Experience conducting client discovery sessions creating operational workflows as well as delivering client onsite presentations and consultations
Experience managing full project development lifecycles; including scope definition design review permitting procurement budget RFIs submittals drawings specifications documents schedule quality control and safety
Experience establishing SOPs preferred
Bachelors degree preferred
Additional Information :
Base Pay Range $118973 - $163588. Plus commission plan for an estimated on-target earnings of $139968 - $192456. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidates job-related skills experience education or training and location.
