Qualifications :
- University degree in Law
- At least 2 years of work experience in relevant field
- Experience in working with foreign companies and clients
- Outstanding business acumen decisive critical thinking skills and subtle professional confidence
- Ability to understand and formulate international regulations with regards to IT companies activities
- Excellent negotiation and communications skills
- Administrative and managerial skills
- Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Well organized and flexible personality
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations.
- Being Fluent in English language is a must
Responsibilities
- Responsible for legal issues with the international partners
- Be knowledgeable about Regulations of the RA and Western world as well as International Business Law
- Prepare and draft legal documents make sure that the content and forms of the documents meet necessary requirements and norms of the organization regulations of the RA and other countries
- Research and provide guidance on regulations policies and proposed legislation affecting business priorities
- Support business development activity including enhancement of relationships with existing/potential clients
- Provide concise and thoughtful legal advice
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Cheif Executive Officer
