Job Summary
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Lawyer or a final-year Law student to join our team in Vilnius. The role is focused on supporting the company in preparing legal documents responding to client complaints and institutional inquiries assisting with pre-collection activities and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. Location: Vilnius Lithuania
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review legal documents responses to client complaints institutional inquiries and court documents.
- Develop and implement internal policies and procedures.
- Support the Pre-Collection Team in debtor communication by phone.
- Monitor analyze and interpret regulatory changes ensuring timely implementation of required adjustments.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
- Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments.
- Previous legal experience particularly within the financial services industry would be an advantage.
- University Degree in Law (or currently in the final year of legal studies).
