Job Description
At EY we help governments and global organizations tackle complex challenges through purpose-driven transformation. Our Economic & Policy Advisory team works with ministries state-owned enterprises and international donors like ADB World Bank and other bilateral agencies.
We advise on:
- Infrastructure development (digital transport energy healthcare education etc.).
- Public-private partnerships (PPP) public finance investment procurement.
- Green economy sustainability net-zero transitions ESG transformation.
Who were looking for:

What youll do:
- Support consulting projects for government and donor clients.
- Conduct research analysis and develop insights and solutions.
- Help prepare reports presentations and facilitate workshops.
- Assist in proposals and client engagement.
What youll need:
- Degree in economics law finance public policy or related fields (Masters is a plus).
- 1 3 years experience in infrastructure financing policy advisory project management and working with public agencies/international organizations (WB ADB JICA etc.).
- Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese & English.
