Your Mission
As the Coordinator Marketing & Commerce your mission is to directly support the EVP Global Marketing in executing BMGs global digital marketing and DSP strategyensuring our frontline and catalog priorities are elevated across streaming platforms social channels and fan-facing activations.

This role will handle operational needs including travel planning expense coordination scheduling and meeting preparationplaying a hands-on role in keeping high-level initiatives organized and moving forward. This is an opportunity to gain exposure to strategic marketing while developing operational excellence in a fast-paced artist-first environment.

Youll need strong attention to detail a proactive mindset and a natural ability to stay ahead of the curve. This is a foundational role for someone looking to build a future in digital marketing commercial strategy and innovationworking side-by-side with an incredible team.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Set up and manage all artist products in BMG systems enhancing workflows and implementing new procedures as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design A&R production etc.) to ensure timely delivery of products and communicate any changes to release dates.
  • Oversee the briefing delivery and approval of marketing materials ensuring proper storage formats.
  • Maintain and update the artist project diary and reports distributing project assets timely.
  • Create and update project decks sales notes and pitching information for digital releases.
  • Manage digital storage and marketing portals for assigned projects.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate and implement creative marketing strategies.
  • Organize travel arrangements for artists and coordinate with promoters on ticket buys and guest lists.

What You Bring

  • Were looking for a self-starter with a proactive mindset and a passion for creativity innovation and details.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing music media or entertainment (internships count!).
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple moving pieces with clarity and speed.
  • Familiarity with streaming platforms (Spotify Apple Music YouTube Amazon) and social channels (TikTok Meta Discord etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsclear concise and professional.
  • Proactive solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced high-performance environments with senior-level visibility.
  • Deep curiosity about the intersection of music digital culture and technology.
  • Passion for supporting artist-first marketing and building a long-term career in the music industry.
  • Passion and understanding for social consumer behavior and engagement with artists channels products and content.

Pay Range
$50000 - $55000 per annum

The pay range listed above is dependent upon factors such as work experience qualifications and business addition to the range above this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and applicable benefits.
