Job Description

Do you want to be part of the team that is focused on building world-class HR professionals across Europe and the Rest of the World The Global Ops PXT Academy is seeking a talented Learning Delivery and Logistics Specialist to join our team and serve as the single-threaded owner for training execution and logistics across the EU and Rest of World (RoW) regions.

This is an exciting and dynamic role critical in bringing our learning initiatives to life ensuring seamless delivery of 35-50 training sessions annually (on average) across 20 countries. The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in program management logistics management stakeholder management problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced multicultural environment. Key job responsibilities
Program Management
-Lead delivery of approximately 45 training sessions annually across 23 countries.
-Coordinate up to four simultaneous programs during peak delivery season (March-October).
-Ensure excellence in program execution through venue management material preparation and stakeholder coordination.
-Manage course material inventory and promotional items across multiple locations.
-Coordinate food and beverage services addressing dietary requirements and cost considerations.
-Utilize and maintain proficiency in key systems (Amazon Learn QuickSight Asana WebEx).
-Develop and enhance standard work practices to mitigate operational risks.
-Travel to strategic markets for in-person support (25% travel required).

Program Delivery
-Lead interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually utilizing a variety of techniques such as lectures group discussions hands-on activities role-playing and multimedia presentations.
-Create and foster a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and accommodates diverse learning styles and preferences.
-Guide discussions to ensure that participants stay focused on learning objectives and manage group dynamics to promote effective communication and collaboration.
-Adapt facilitation methods and content delivery based on participant feedback group dynamics and unforeseen challenges to optimize the learning experience.

Stakeholder Management
-Build and maintain relationships with EU/RoW regional stakeholders BOD/PXT Academy leadership and faculty.
-Partner with core PXT Academy team members and volunteer faculty adjuncts.
-Manage vendor relationships for printing catering and GREF services.
-Interact effectively with senior leadership.

Strategic Impact
-Analyze program feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
-Make data-driven recommendations for program enhancements.
-Implement solutions for complex logistical challenges.
-Drive operational efficiency through process improvements.


A day in the life
Reporting to the Sr. Manager Business Operations and Learning Delivery this position will work backwards from the learners to create impactful well-organized training experiences that engage GOPXT participants across diverse locations. You will serve as a key connector between PXTA regional stakeholders and vendors. This includes managing all aspects of program logistics from venue selection to material preparation while also facilitating in-person and virtual workshops all while contributing to the continuous improvement of our learning offerings through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.

- A Bachelors degree or higher or two (2) years equivalent Amazon experience.
- 2 years in project/program management showcasing organization skills including a proven track record. of taking end-to-end ownership and driving results with a strong attention to detail.
-2 years demonstrating excellence in online and in-person facilitation for diverse audiences.
-Demonstrated use of tools such as QuickSight WebEx and Microsoft Office products.
-Ability to meet deadlines prioritize workloads maintain a strong attention to detail and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.


-Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
-Ability to think strategically anticipate challenges and develop mechanisms for work practices.
-Ability to influence and direct individuals with no direct hierarchical relationship.
-Thrives in a high-energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel.
-Ability to communicate effectively across a multitude of in-person and remote environments with stakeholders at multiple levels within the organization.
-Familiarity with Amazon Learn.
-Foreign language skills not required but helpful (written and verbal).
-Ideal candidates will possess demonstrated experience working effectively in diverse international environments with a proven track record of successfully navigating cross-cultural communication and collaboration.
