The Talent Learning and Culture department at our company is dedicated to enhancing employee skills fostering career growth and ensuring continuous professional development through tailored training programs. By leveraging innovative learning techniques and up-to-date industry knowledge the department supports the workforce in achieving personal and organizational goals. This team plays a crucial role in maintaining a culture of learning and excellence ultimately driving the companys success.
As part of the Talent Learning and Culture department you will support the coordination of incoming training requests by managing all communication and logistics with participants and suppliers alike.
You will gain knowledge in all related process such as a the administration of a Learning Management System evaluation of feedback learning analytics and budget reporting.
Affinity with a Learning Management System is a plus.
