Registered Nurse (Level II) Telemetry
Location: New York
Start Date: September 15 2025
Assignment Length: 17 Weeks (ending January 10 2026 or later)
Schedule: Rotating Day/Evening/Night Shifts Every Other Weekend Holidays/On-Call/Callback/Charge as needed
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Level II Registered Nurse to join our team on a 17-week assignment. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager the Level II RN is responsible for providing safe competent and compassionate care in accordance with established standards. This role includes opportunities for professional growth and may involve serving as a charge nurse preceptor or committee member.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care using evidence-based practice.
- Monitor patients with telemetry and respond to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians healthcare teams and families.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Participate in unit activities including leadership responsibilities when assigned.
Requirements
- Active RN License New York State (NY licenses only)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Telemetry experience required
- BLS Certification American Heart Association (AHA only)
- Commitment to complete the full 17-week assignment
Schedule
- Rotating Day/Evening/Night shifts
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday shifts on-call callback and charge coverage per unit needs
