Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Develop design and maintain accurate and efficient data models to support the agency compensation analysis
Analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights to aid decision-making processes
Create and manage detailed to simulate compensation scenarios ad projections
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data models align with business objectives
Provide intelligence and reporting to monitor the impact of related agency compensation and remuneration
Leverage various tools and techniques to optimize data accuracy and efficiency
Understand and incorporate agency distribution metrics into modelling process
Present data-driven findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear and concise format
Automate workflows and analyze large datasets
