Pay : HK$26908 HK$37590 (HGPS Point 9 to 15) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform the following duties in Procurement Centre or Cluster Warehouse under the Cluster Procurement and Materials Management Department:
1. Assist in procurement functions including purchase requisition sourcing negotiation contracting monitoring of suppliers performance and contract execution.
2. Provide clerical support in equipment management including planning installation repair and maintenance and etc.
3. Perform goods receipt quality inspection inventory monitoring cycle counting stocktaking and auto-refill service.
4. Communicate with and handle enquires from clients and vendors.
5. Supervise junior clerical staff.
6. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements:
1. (a) Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syllabus B) Chinese Language and Mathematics or equivalent.
OR
(b) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:
- Level 2 in English Language Chinese Language and Mathematics; and
- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ Attained in Applied Learning subjects/ Grade E in Other Language subjects;
or equivalent.
2. 3 years clerical experience with good knowledge of the functions and operations in one or more of the following areas:
(a) Filing and records keeping
(b) Supplies and stores
(c) Data input and analyses
Preferred Attributes/Exposure:
1. Clerical experience with good knowledge of the functions and operations in one or more of the following areas:
(a) Procurement and materials management.
(b) Preparation of management reports
2. Hands-on experience and good knowledge in application of the HAs Enterprise Resource Planning System including iProcurement and Enterprise Asset Management and Materials Catalogue System.
3. Proficiency in PC applications such as MS Word and MS Excel.
4. Self-motivated responsible and able to work independently.
5. Good interpersonal / communication skills.
