We are seeking a highly organized detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our leadership with administrative operational and clerical tasks.
Position Overview
The Remote Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth business operations across DIVIETO Ristorante Group. This role requires strong organizational skills excellent communication and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated professional and able to work independently while supporting different teams across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to executives management and operational teams.
Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate virtual or in-person appointments.
Draft proofread and manage correspondence emails and business documents.
Prepare reports presentations and spreadsheets to support business needs.
Maintain accurate and organized digital filing systems databases and company records.
Assist with human resources-related tasks including new-hire onboarding documentation and employee records management.
Handle expense reports invoices and assist with accounts payable/receivable tracking.
Support restaurant operations with ordering supplies processing vendor documentation and coordinating communication between departments.
Assist with scheduling staff communications and policy updates as directed.
Perform research and provide summaries or recommendations to management.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with external partners vendors or clients.
Other administrative duties as assigned to support organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
Must reside in the United States and provide a valid U.S. government-issued ID.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Proven experience (2 years) as an Administrative Assistant Executive Assistant or similar role.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated dependable and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.
