Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Client Timezone: Central Time (Searcy AK USA)


This is an exciting opportunity to provide essential administrative support for a thriving language services company. Youll play a crucial role in the smooth operation of interpretation services by managing schedules coordinating appointments and maintaining accurate records that directly impact service delivery. Working remotely with modern Google-based tools youll help ensure that language barriers never prevent important communications from taking place. This position offers the perfect blend of organizational responsibility and meaningful community impact with flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle.


Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage interpreter scheduling using Google Sheets and Google Workspace tools
  • Verify and ensure complete accuracy of appointment times dates and addresses
  • Collaborate on shared spreadsheets with team members and coordinate assignments
  • Maintain detailed administrative records and documentation
  • Support general administrative tasks that keep operations running smoothly
  • Potentially handle phone communications using Google Voice system as systems develop
  • Assist with appointment coordination between interpreters and client locations



Requirements

  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Gmail Google Sheets Google Voice)

  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail

  • Reliable computer setup and stable internet connection for remote work

  • Fluent English communication skills required

  • Spanish/English bilingual capabilities highly preferred but not mandatory

  • Previous administrative or scheduling experience preferred

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
