Job Description
Position: Team Lead Healthcare (Cebu) Onsite
Account Type: Healthcare
Start Date: ASAP
Support Type: Voice
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (Cebu)
Shift Schedule & Rest Days: US Business Hours
Educational Requirement:
- Completed at least 2 years of college without any failed subjects
Work Experience:
- Over 2 years of experience as a Team Lead
- Preferably with Healthcare industry experience
- Background in insurance claims processing or US benefits is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Setting Direction: Define team goals and ensure all members understand their roles in achieving these objectives
- Planning and Organizing: Develop work plans allocate resources and set timelines for projects
- Delegating Tasks: Assign tasks based on team members strengths and skills to maintain a balanced workload
- Monitoring Progress: Track team performance identify potential obstacles and provide guidance to keep the team on track
