Position: SAP IT Consultant - HR Operations (Taguig) Hybrid
Location: BGC Taguig
Work Setup: Hybrid (1 day onsite)
Schedule: Mid-shift
Responsibilities:
Regional Requirements:
- Document technical details and business processes for local requirements that have changed or been added
- Ensure global alignment of these changes
- Implement these requirements within the ContiTech standard IT landscape (e.g. SAP HCM)
Regional Operations:
- Maintain business continuity and system operations within the region
- Apply structured problem-solving processes and lessons learned to address technical disruptions
Change Management:
- Coordinate technical requirements with the HR Solutions team
- Support and define technical concepts for upcoming changes
- Implement region-specific modifications
- Assist with the rollout of new features and processes within the existing IT infrastructure
Local Applications:
- Document technical and business processes for additional local applications needed to meet legal standards
- Obtain and record necessary approvals (such as data protection and cybersecurity)
- Support integration of local applications into the ContiTech IT landscape
- Ensure the proper operation of related interfaces
Knowledge Management:
- Promote the use of lessons learned across teams and the Competence Center
- Foster continuous learning and the sharing of best practices within regions and with the HR Solutions team
- Stay informed about upcoming upgrades and their potential impacts
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Functional Consultant
- Preferred expertise in SAP HR/HCM SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Master Data (HR) modules including LMS (Learning Management Systems)
- Academic background in Technology Business Administration or equivalent practical experience
- Extensive SAP environment experience particularly in at least one relevant SAP module such as SAP FI within a multinational setting
- Experience working with HR IT solutions including SAP SuccessFactors SAP HCM and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
- Proven track record of successfully implementing at least one global or regional project
- Business process knowledge preferably with operational experience in roles like LKU CKU etc.
- Ability to think across business areas and functions
- Strong SAP knowledge related to SAP FI
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Data analysis skills with the ability to generate insights
- Problem-solving mindset and capacity to handle high-visibility tasks
- Experience managing and guiding personnel in multinational global teams
- Effective communication skills tailored to different management levels and cultural contexts
