Job Description
Position: Securities Operations Director (BGC) Onsite
Work Arrangement: Onsite at BGC Taguig
Schedule: Night shift

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Economics or related field
- Professional FINRA licenses such as Series 99 are a plus
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Securities Operations within Banking Operations with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role (Director level or higher)
- Strong knowledge of the securities lifecycle Money Movement SWIFT messaging and market infrastructures (e.g. DTCC NSCC)
- Proficiency in data analytics tools
- Familiarity with automation RPA AI and digital transformation initiatives in Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise experienced managers and specialized management teams
- Lead organization-wide initiatives of moderate to high complexity involving cross-functional stakeholders
- Identify strategies for process improvements and risk mitigation within security operations
- Make strategic decisions to resolve complex issues and ensure compliance with high-risk deliverables
- Develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate to high complexity
- Collaborate with and influence professionals at all levels including managers
- Drive the team to meet objectives
- Oversee resource allocation including personnel and financials within Securities Operations
- Foster a culture focused on talent development aligned with business goals and strategies
