The Opportunity
We are looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Director who lives and loves the cutting edge of growth marketing but also has brand strategy and communication front of mind. This person will be responsible for generating new opportunities to grow the business enhance brand visibility manage corporate communications support the sales team and inform the product strategy through market research pricing product management and product marketing.
We need a highly strategic thinker who is also not afraid to be hands-on. This is an extremely important hire who will lead company-wide growth initiatives.
To be successful in this role you will be able to tailor marketing strategies to complement the organization s objectives. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills to successfully provide guidance to your team and you will have a vast knowledge of current marketing trends.
Requirements
Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy: Define and implement the company s positioning messaging and go-to-market plans aligned with business objectives.
Lead Demand Generation & Brand Awareness: Oversee campaigns content marketing events public relations and the website to drive pipeline growth.
Manage Outsourced SDR Strategy: Define KPIs and messaging to ensure our partners are targeting the correct audience.
Drive Product Management and Product Marketing: Implement the roadmap process to identify and select priorities along with the R&D team. Define and deliver product launch activities and communication.
Manage the Martech Stack: Oversee the portfolio of tools to implement marketing actions (marketing CRM cold emailing webinar platforms newsletter tools visual creation tools etc.)
Conduct Market Research: Stay abreast of competitor positioning and obtain insights into customers usage of current products. Contribute to the pricing and market positioning strategy.
Liaise with Sales Teams: Align on objectives support go-to-market plans contribute to new business development initiatives and monitor associated metrics.
Marketing Budget & ROI Measurement: Allocate resources effectively track KPIs and optimize spend for maximum impact.
Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and manage marketing teams fostering creativity accountability and performance excellence.

Availability: Full-time position starting Q4 2025.
Benefits
A Masters degree in marketing or a related field or an MBA is highly desirable.
More than 5 years proven experience in a marketing manager role.
At least 3 years in a similar role in a B2B environment working on technical software products and interfacing with a technical audience.
Deep knowledge of the software development and testing markets.
Exceptional knowledge of marketing techniques and platforms (e.g. SEO/SEM digital advertising).
Excellent analytical and collaborative skills.
Creative and entrepreneurial spirit.
Hands-on mindset: ready to deep-dive into the technical solution and the martech tools.
