Job Title: AI Strategy & Transformation - Senior
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant with 68 years of experience in developing AI strategies and delivering transformation projects across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong techno-functional profile combining consulting expertise with a solid understanding of AI technologies and cloud ecosystems. This role will be pivotal in shaping AI initiatives that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creation of AI strategies aligned with client business objectives risk appetite and digital transformation priorities.
- Conduct AI maturity assessments and gap analyses to identify current-state capabilities versus future-state needs.
- Recommend actionable AI adoption roadmaps detailing quick wins medium-term priorities and long-term transformation plans.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders (CxOs business leaders IT heads) to gather insights and drive consensus on AI initiatives.
- Apply knowledge of AI/ML models Generative AI and Responsible AI frameworks to shape client strategies.
- Assist in architectural discussions with technical teams on AI platform selection and deployment.
- Develop reusable assets frameworks and accelerators to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce deployment time.
- Track and analyze emerging AI trends competitor strategies and sector-specific adoption patterns.
- Mentor junior team members fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
Qualifications:
- 68 years of experience in AI strategy development and transformation projects.
- Proven experience in AI/ML technologies Generative AI and Responsible AI principles.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and AI-related services; hands-on experience is preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field; an MBA or Masters in AI/Data Science is a plus.
- Certifications in AI from Microsoft AWS or Google are highly preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex AI and cloud architecture issues.
- Exceptional communication presentation and storytelling skills.
- Experience in digital transformation strategy through AI/ML and exposure to program governance and delivery frameworks.
