Job Title: AI Strategy & Transformation - Senior

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant with 68 years of experience in developing AI strategies and delivering transformation projects across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong techno-functional profile combining consulting expertise with a solid understanding of AI technologies and cloud ecosystems. This role will be pivotal in shaping AI initiatives that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the creation of AI strategies aligned with client business objectives risk appetite and digital transformation priorities.
Conduct AI maturity assessments and gap analyses to identify current-state capabilities versus future-state needs.
Recommend actionable AI adoption roadmaps detailing quick wins medium-term priorities and long-term transformation plans.
Collaborate with client stakeholders (CxOs business leaders IT heads) to gather insights and drive consensus on AI initiatives.
Apply knowledge of AI/ML models Generative AI and Responsible AI frameworks to shape client strategies.
Assist in architectural discussions with technical teams on AI platform selection and deployment.
Develop reusable assets frameworks and accelerators to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce deployment time.
Track and analyze emerging AI trends competitor strategies and sector-specific adoption patterns.
Mentor junior team members fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

Qualifications:

68 years of experience in AI strategy development and transformation projects.
Proven experience in AI/ML technologies Generative AI and Responsible AI principles.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and AI-related services; hands-on experience is preferred.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field; an MBA or Masters in AI/Data Science is a plus.
Certifications in AI from Microsoft AWS or Google are highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex AI and cloud architecture issues.
Exceptional communication presentation and storytelling skills.
Experience in digital transformation strategy through AI/ML and exposure to program governance and delivery frameworks.
