Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to build and scale our Product Management practice drive AI Proof of Concepts (POCs) in collaboration with technology teams and spearhead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for ZenseAI and AI solutions within AES. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of product leadership AI/ML solutioning and commercial acumen to accelerate our growth in the AI-native enterprise space.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Management Practice Build

• Establish and institutionalize product management frameworks processes and best practices across AES.
• Mentor and develop product managers and cross-functional teams to build a strong product culture.
• Define product strategy lifecycle management and roadmap alignment with business objectives.
• Set up governance KPIs and tools for measuring product success and outcomes.

2. AI POCs with Tech Teams

• Identify high-impact business problems suitable for AI/ML solutions.
• Collaborate with technology teams to design prototype and validate AI-based POCs.
• Translate business requirements into technical problem statements and ensure rapid experimentation.
• Evaluate outcomes and scale successful POCs into full-fledged products or solutions.

3. GTM for ZenseAI & AI Solutions

• Develop positioning messaging and value propositions for ZenseAI and related AI solutions.
• Partner with sales marketing and alliances teams to drive pipeline growth.
• Build client-facing collateral demos and narratives showcasing business value of AI solutions.
• Represent the AI portfolio with clients industry events and thought leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

• 12 years in product management solutioning or technology strategy roles.
• Proven track record of building or scaling product management practices in tech or services organizations.
• Experience in AI/ML solution development including leading POCs to deployment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT cloud ecosystems and AI platforms.
• Demonstrated success in GTM strategy sales enablement and client engagement.
• Excellent communication storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
