| Profile Summary: |
| Manages and supports the delivery of EDAA BI & Analytics operations services for Cloud platforms and applications (Microsoft Azure and AWS etc.). |
| List of Key Accountabilities: |
| - Delivery and management of IaaS PaaS and SaaS components for cloud projects and platforms.
- Provide customer support and guidance through cloud infrastructure best practices and architecture
- Design and manage secure compliant and scalable Zurich cloud solutions
- Manages monitoring and alerts within Zurich cloud subscriptions and accounts
- Supervises the correct execution of incident and problem management including communication and escalations with vendors.
- Supports and manages cloud and non cloud Data Base technologies (AzureSQL SQLServer Azure MI etc.)
- Manages technical governance of the platform.
- Creates and maintains general documentations and guidelines of cloud platforms and projects.
- Manage the availability of the production instances of cloud services. Understands the scalability capacity security redundancy and performance attributes and requirements of the cloud services.

| - Assists with the coordination of a team of Cloud Platform engineers providing technical support to stakeholders and end-users.
- Monitors and control allocated human and material resources assigned to project work maintaining financial and progress forecasting in order to ensure projects are delivered according to schedule and within budget.
- Supervises and quality-assures the drafting of key policy documents to ensure compliance to the organizations rules.
- Contributes to the development of processes and leads the implementation of systems and process improvements in infrastructure / BC&IT / architecture.
- Provides technical leadership in the design and development of new Cloud IT solutions.
- Develops processes to ensure internal partners and vendors meet defined policies / SLAs (service level agreements).
- Creates DR&BC plans in relevant area of IT.
- Ensures the Cloud platforms are fully compliant with security and audit standards and processes.
- Assists with core financial processes related to the management of the Cloud platform such as planning forecasting and project quotation processes.
- Defines reporting KPIs and supervises that all thresholds are continuously met and improved.
- Ensures the documentation of the Cloud platform is completed updated and reviewed on a regular basis.
