Job Description
Sr. Manager for HR Systems
Miami FL (4x a week onsite and remote Fridays)
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sr. Mgr. HR Business Products will lead the end-to-end process of conceptualization through to system implementations and enhancements of HR products. He/she will also provide business and process support to senior leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated experience as a project manager using AGILE PMP or Scrum methodologies (or equivalent)
- Proven track record of product management supporting HR process areas systems and workflows
- Skilled in customer facing activities covering requirements gathering data preparation cutover support timeline management and documentation preparation
- Works independently with minimal direction
- Strong judgement learning agility and decision-making skills
- Experience working with contemporary HR Technology platforms (e.g. Success Factors Salesforce etc.)
