Job Description
Join our vibrant team as a Barista/Hospitality Assistant in the heart of London United Kingdom! Were looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to create exceptional experiences for our guests while crafting delicious beverages and providing top-notch service.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks teas and other beverages to customer specifications
- Operate and maintain espresso machines coffee grinders and other cafe equipment
- Take customer orders and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in serving light food items as needed
- Provide excellent customer service addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management
- Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in coffee preparation techniques and espresso machine operation
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive demeanor
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Basic skills for inventory management
- Food Handlers Certificate (preferred)
- Previous experience as a barista or in hospitality (preferred)
- Monday to Friday working - No weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom
