Were seeking a versatile and engaging IT Trainer to support a major program rollout. Youll combine traditional classroom-style and virtual delivery with modern digital learning methods to ensure our people are confident capable and ready to succeed. Your role will span training needs analysis design delivery and evaluation bringing creativity and innovation to how we enable learning across the organization.
What Youll Do
Training Needs Analysis & Design
- Partner with program managers and subject matter experts to assess training needs.
- Design learning plans that blend live sessions with self-paced and digital content.
- Adapt materials to suit diverse learning styles and geographies.
Training Delivery
- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual classroom training for employees at all levels.
- Facilitate interactive sessions workshops and webinars that drive knowledge retention and confidence.
Modern Learning Methods
- Create short engaging videos how-to guides and eLearning modules.
- Develop online learning paths and toolkits for self-paced learning.
- Experiment with new formats to keep training relevant interactive and accessible
Continuous Improvement
- Gather feedback and measure training effectiveness.
- Update content to reflect program changes or user needs.
Qualifications :
What You Bring
- Proven experience delivering IT systems or process training in both classroom and virtual settings.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with an engaging confident style.
- Experience designing learning for multiple delivery formats (live video eLearning self-paced).
- Experience in ERP or large-scale IT program rollouts.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tailor learning for different audiences.
- Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
- Instructional design or training certifications.
- Knowledge and experience with ClickLearn.
