Job Description

Overview

Our client a leading financial services firm is seeking three experienced IT Project Managers for contract-to-hire roles. These positions require strong project leadership in Agile environments with proven expertise in banking or mortgage systems integration. Local Southern California candidates are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage IT/engineering projects within financial services ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Drive Agile project execution using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate back-office systems in banking/mortgage domains.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels providing clear reporting and project status updates.
  • Support the transition from contract to permanent placement contributing to long-term organizational success.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (4-year).
  • Professional certifications: Agile Scaled Agile PMP or PgMP.
  • 7 years of IT/Engineering project management experience (U.S. experience required).
  • 3 years of hands-on Agile project delivery using JIRA and Confluence.
  • 1 year of experience with mortgage lending or banking back-office system integrations.
