Job Description
Role: Business Analyst M365
Location: Hybrid in Regina SK.

We have a great new opportunity to support one of our Public Sector clients in a contract capacity!

General Overview:
- Manage the configuration and lifecycle of key Microsoft 365 applications. Develop and maintain governance policies for Microsoft 365.
- Develop and recommend Microsoft Teams custom policies channel structures and permission settings.
- Develop conditional access policy user story user case creation testing scenarios and results feedback.
- Support business operations and user adoption across a hybrid IP telephony environment using tools like SmartTAP Cisco Jabber Cisco Contact Centre and room devices from Cisco Lenovo and Logitech.
- Provide business support and analysis for IP telephony systems in power plant environments ensuring high availability and compliance with safety-critical communication protocols.
- Contribute to the design and oversight of call group configurations and emergency call routing aligned with operational control room requirements and plant safety procedures.
- Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot and optimize IP phone configurations across large-scale industrial environments balancing performance user needs and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with IT and vendor teams to configure and maintain Cisco Contact Centre solutions including call routing logic agent skill groups and queue management.
- Participate in vendor evaluation and rollout of SmartTAP recording solutions ensuring compliance with enterprise call recording policies and regulatory standards.
- Serve as liaison between technical teams and business users for M365 feature enablement.
