Job Description
Product Manager
- Application Operations & Enhancements (Must Have)
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple applications.
- Develop and deliver minor enhancements based on evolving business needs
- Product Ownership (Must Have)
- Take internal responsibility for specific IT products or product groups
- Drive continuous improvements and ensure strategic alignment
- ITIL Knowledge
- ITIL knowledge monitor SLA/KPI adherence and support continuous service improvement
- Vendor Management (Must Have)
- Manage and collaborate with external service providers. Ensure service quality and contract compliance
- Escalation & Incident Management
- Manage ticket escalations and general issue resolution. Lead alignment calls with stakeholders as needed
- Communication Skills (Must Have)
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication abilities. Engage effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Process Documentation & Compliance
- Create and maintain process documentation. Support knowledge management and demonstrate awareness of compliance and vulnerability remediation practices
