Job Description

Company: Cloover
Role: Lifecycle Marketing Manager (m/w/d)
Location: Berlin (on-site 5 days/week)
Language: German & English (both fluent)
WFH policy: Office-based culture (high collaboration high velocity)
Industry: Climate tech / Renewable energy / Cleantech
Product: Financing & software solutions for renewable energy installers (solar heat pumps EV charging)
Size and functions of local team: 20 FTE first dedicated marketing hire

Role description

  • First marketing hire with focus on CRM & lifecycle marketing (pioneer role)

  • Build workflows & automated campaigns in HubSpot (email push in-app)

  • Analyze and optimize touchpoints across the customer journey (onboarding engagement retention winback)

  • Support sales & operations with CRM-driven insights and lifecycle programs

  • Collaborate closely with product data and revenue teams to sync lifecycle initiatives

  • Future scope: expand into performance marketing & brand as company scales

Must haves:

  • 24 years experience in CRM RevOps or lifecycle marketing

  • Strong HubSpot skills (workflows segmentation reporting)

  • Analytical data-driven able to model processes & workflows

  • Fluent in German & English

  • Strong communicator who can collaborate across teams

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in B2B2C fintech or cleantech industries

  • Content creation ability (email copy onboarding flows)

  • Exposure to SQL/Metabase or similar data tools

  • Start-up or scale-up background

Salary range & secondary benefits:

6085K base (depending on experience) VSOP
