Head of Studio - Slot Machine Games

• Lead and manage a team of game designers developers artists mathematicians and testers fostering a collaborative and high-performing studio environment.
• Provide strategic direction and vision for developing slot machine games establishing clear goals and objectives for the studio.
• Oversee the end-to-end game development process from initial concept to final release ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management marketing and analytics to develop and execute effective game strategies and monetization models.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends market dynamics and player preferences to inform game development decisions and drive innovation.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations provide feedback and mentor team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Manage the studio budget allocate resources effectively and optimize operational efficiencies to achieve financial targets.
• Foster a culture of creativity innovation and continuous improvement within the studio encouraging new ideas and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to slot machine game development.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners vendors and industry stakeholders to leverage opportunities for collaboration and business growth.

• Substantial experience (8 years) in the slot machine gaming industry with a proven track record of successfully designing and launching slot machine games.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role demonstrating leadership and management capabilities.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of game design principles mechanics and player psychology specific to slot machine games.
• Proficiency in game development technologies tools and software including familiarity with popular game engines and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of monetization strategies including free-to-play models in-app purchases and advertising.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset for decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations and preferences.
• Bachelors degree in game design computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience). Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
