Your role at Baxter:
Our Laundry Service Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our medical textiles including patient gowns scrubs and other medical equipment. The Laundry Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency while adhering to regulatory requirements.

What youll do:
- Sort wash dry and fold medical textiles according to established protocols and procedures
- Operate industrial laundry equipment including washers dryers and folding machines
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Perform quality control checks on finished laundry items to ensure they meet quality and hygiene standards
- Maintain accurate records of laundry inventory including tracking of usage and replacement
- Participate in regular cleaning and disinfection of laundry areas and equipment
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required to maintain a safe working environment
What youll bring:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience

At Baxter we are committed to equitable pay for all employees and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end this position has an hourly range of $15.38 - 23.08. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including but not limited to relevant skills/ experience time in role business line and geographic/ office location.
