Introduction:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HRSS Specialist to join the team in providing the best-in-class data management & payroll experience for GF employees in the APAC region. You will be tasked to perform transactions for a supported service area in a region developing solutions to manage the service processes aligned with established practices policies and/or laws.
Your Job:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees HR business partners payroll and other internal stakeholders for data management & payroll procedures.
Responsible for maintaining and updating employee records in Workday system.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular internal audits and data clean-ups.
Generate and analyze headcount reports to support decision making processes.
Process payroll accurately for employees salary allowances awards and benefits for APAC region.
Collaborate closely with payroll team to ensure accurate payroll inputs and reporting.
Keep abreast of APAC regulations and company policies and ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
Support and contribute to HR process improvement initiatives and regional/global HR projects as and when required.
Support external HR audits compliance and regulatory reporting activities.
Ensure compliance with all processes and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Any other adhoc duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Accounting or Finance or in related fields.
4 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources function or related fields.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications especially MS Excel and HRIS.
Preferably with prior working experience using Workday system.
Preferably with prior working experience in a HR Shared Services function supporting APAC region.
Excellent communication time management and prioritization skills.
Ability to complete complex tasks within tight deadlines.
Ability to collaborate with all levels of staff as well as with customers.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Meticulous and good team player.
