What you will do at Jamf:

The Senior Product Manager optimizes multiple product roadmaps to deliver quality products across Jamf. They work with other Product Managers to observe customers users
competitors and other market signals to identify valuable product opportunities and turns these into product or portfolio initiatives. They partner closely with strategists product
owners engineering leaders and team and internal & external stakeholders to set direction prioritize and optimize valuable product increments. The Senior Product Manager is the internal evangelist for an initiative their product product line or portfolio domain and works closely with Product Marketing to shape the external marketing message. The Senior Product Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating work across product teams and manages a team of Product Managers and/or Product Owners.

This role is offered as a hybrid. We are only able to accept applications for those based in the UK and have sponsorship to live and work in the UK. #LI-Hybrid

What you can expect to do in this role:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligning it with the companys goals customer needs and market demands.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and customer interviews to identify customer needs industry trends and competitive insights to inform technical and non-technical
    product decisions.
  • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value technical feasibility and customer impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including customers architects engineering teams and designers to gather and document high level product (functional and non-
    function) requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the technology stack architecture and technical constraints of the product to make informed requirements & prioritization decisions.
  • Work closely with product owners design teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Design organize and improve early testing programs to gather feedback and limit critical issues before feature release.
  • Lead best practices for continuously monitoring product performance gathering user feedback and analyzing data to make data-driven decisions for product
    improvements.
  • Practice and coach agile methodologies to keep the roadmap adaptable and responsive to changing requirements.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and mitigate risks early on.
  • Be a proactive problemsolver preventing costly delays and ensuring a smooth development journey.
  • Lead collaboration with cross-functional go-to-market teams including sales marketing customer support and operations to drive customer satisfaction and business impacts with coordinated product delivery.
  • Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and ensure product compliance as required.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in assigned areas of responsibility by frequentlycommunicating with customers and stakeholders in order to serve as the voice of customer.
  • Maintain relationships with large strategic customers and meet with them on aregular basis to provide updates/trends/hear their concerns & bring back to larger PM
    group.
  • Manage coach and mentor Product Owners and/or Product Managers.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 years as a product leader either operating as a Product Owner or Product Manager with a proven track record of successfully bringing SaaS products to market. (Required)
  • Experience in an Agile development environment. (Required)
  • Minimum of 3 years managing or leading people preferable Product Owners and/or Product Managers. (Preferred)
  • Previous experience in endpoint security or adjacent domains such as device management threat detection or compliance (Preferred).
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical
    stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven and customer- centric approach product management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate cross -functional teams.
