Responsibilities
Industry-Focused Partnership Management: Manage and grow relationships with card acquirers processors and financial institutions ensuring alignment with our strategic payment goals.
Client-Facing Excellence: Lead client interactionsshowcasing strong verbal and written English communication skills
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly across teams including finance legal and product development to support and manage partners needs
Optimization Expertise: Enhance partner interaction processes mitigate conflicts and ensure the optimal fulfillment of financial obligations
Market Insight: Stay ahead by monitoring market trends and cultivating business relationships with existing partners
Innovative Partnerships: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our current partner network
Requirements
Previous experience: Proven experience in managing partnerships with card acquirers processors or card scheme partners. Strong knowledge of bank card systems including authorization flows chargebacks settlement and reconciliation.
Understanding of PCI DSS 3DS 1/2.0 tokenization and payment security standards
Language Proficiency: Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency (oral and written) Communication Mastery: Demonstrate high-level business communication skills
Priority Setting: Clearly articulate tasks and set priorities effectively
Analytical Prowess: Exhibit advanced communicative analytical and proactive thinking skills
