Job Description:

Role: AP Specialist with English and other European Language

Location: Wroclaw (hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Processing invoices accurately and in compliance with accounting standards
• Uploading bank statements and transactions
• Handling queries related to invoices and payments
• Assisting in performing month-end closing activities
• Creating basic reports
• Assisting with updating process documentation in response to changes in country-specific regulations or requirements

Requirements

• Good command of English (minimum B2)
• Knowledge of French or German (minimum A2/B1)
• Experience working in finance accounting or administration
• Analytical thinking skills
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Solution-oriented approach
