Security Engineer (Associate)
Important Information
Location: Singapore
Job Summary
As a security engineer you will need to have strong experience in cybersecurity engineering with a focus on deployment configuration and optimization of security tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Security Tool Deployment & Management:
- Deploy configure and optimize security tools such as SIEM SOAR EDR XDR AV Vulnerability Management DLP PAM IAM WAF and IDS/IPS.
- Manage and maintain native cloud security solutions on AWS Azure OCI and GCP.
- Hands-on Experience:
- Work with at least two of the following tools:
- XDR: Trend Micro Vision One
- Vulnerability Management: Tenable SC (link unavailable)
- PAM: BeyondTrust
- DLP: Trellix
- Incident Management:
- Manage incidents including zero-day vulnerabilities patching and misconfigurations.
- Roll out security solutions from Proof of Concept (POC) to full deployment.
- Testing & Vendor Coordination:
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with vendors.
- Technical Skills:
- Networking fundamentals
- Unix expertise
- Shell scripting proficiency
