The Job
Our Chef de PartiePastry strives to deliver the superior level of guest service that we are known for. They are hardworking dedicated and uphold exceptional culinary standards. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining THE ENTOURAGE GROUPs high standards. Job requirements
Responsibilities
To ensure all that all mise-en-place is always freshly prepared and on time
To ensure that all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity
To deputize in the Pastry sous chefs absence and take charge of the kitchen when directed to do so
To ensure that any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly to the sous chef or head chef
To strive to study relevant subjects in preparation to future advancement
