Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: East Netherlands
Department: Lean & Manufacturing Engineering
Reports To: Manufacturing Engineering Manager
We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our Lean & Manufacturing Engineering this role you will play a key part in improving and developing manufacturing processes to ensure safety quality and flexibility. You will work closely with production staff and other internal stakeholders acting as a link between engineering operations and quality assurance.
Collaborate with internal teams and project members to improve manufacturing processes.
Act as a technical liaison between operators team leaders EHS quality R&D and manufacturing engineering.
Supervise and optimise production processes with a focus on lean manufacturing.
Develop and implement tools resources and methods to improve safety ergonomics and product quality.
Create and maintain PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) process documentation and work instructions.
Ensure validation and documentation of processes; deliver training for production employees.
Support the release of process designs in collaboration with the quality assurance team.
Continuously monitor and respond to the needs of both internal and external customers.
Bachelors or Masters degree (HBO/WO) in Mechatronics Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in process optimisation or automation.
Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles PFMEA and Value Stream Mapping.
Proficient in both Dutch and English written and spoken.
A proactive hands-on and structured approach with strong problem-solving skills.
A collaborative mindset and team-oriented attitude.
