What you will be doing
Ensure effective Technical Governance for the business across the entire supply chain. Act as the functional lead within the business for Manufacturing Engineering capability representing at business and functional governance forums as appropriate ensuring related actions and communications are completed as required.
Act as Technical Authority for Laboratory and NDT activities with delegation as appropriate. Lead the Measurement capability activity within the business.
Co-ordinate the implementation and maintenance of Manufacturing Engineering processes and standards including assurance of the processes.
Integrate the Manufacturing Engineering load/capacity planning and resourcing -ordinate the business level People skills development activities.
