DescriptionWe are seeking a creative individual to assist with the reconfiguration and optimization of our SharePoint This role is critical in enhancing employee experience by curating content remapping access and improving collaboration within HR. The ideal candidate will also create an HR Hub a centralized standardized resource centre consolidating information across HR Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Key Responsibilities:
SharePoint & Intranet Optimization
- Conduct a comprehensive review of the current SharePoint setup and intranet structure.
- Remap access permissions to ensure accurate and secure content delivery.
- Reconfigure content to reflect a curated user-centric employee experience.
HR Hub Development
- Lead the design and implementation of the HR Hub on the intranet.
- Consolidate content from various HR COEs and create standardized function specific pages to streamline information access.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of content management access control and user experience design.
- Self-started with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and collaboration platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- UX/UI sensibility for intranet design.
- Change management and communication planning experience.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
